The organization needed a tool to effectively monitor the growth and engagement of its email subscriber list. Existing reports lacked the ability to compare key metrics across different time periods, making it challenging to identify trends and adjust marketing strategies. This project aimed to fill that gap by developing a dashboard that visualizes subscriber data, allowing for better tracking and decision-making based on subscriber behavior.
